It's August and it's hot outside, so what better to do than spend a little time inside, relaxing and reading the latest edition of The Line! For all of our new customers, welcome to your first edition and for everyone else, welcome back!
This summer has brought with it several projects for our team at Jumpline.com. With our attention split amongst a few separate projects, we have been able to improve some key areas in the Customer Manager, add additional template designs to our Site Builder tool, and continue the development of a few additional products which will be coming along in the next few months.
In our latest Customer Manager release, the notable updates relate to the product add-on management sections and account invoicing and billing system.
Through the add-on management updates, we have improved the process of not only adding features to your plans (additional resources and email defense users), but have created a system that will allow you to more easily manage your resources once added to your plans. In the invoicing and billing management areas, we have improved the layout and performance of the billing history, as well as expanded the availability of invoices to include a 30 day range, allowing you to more easily keep track of all of your plans.
In addition to the recent improvements, I also wanted to point out that in May we released a new website at Jumpline.com. Since the release, we have received some great feedback on the website and our new products and services, so if you have not had a chance to do so yet, check out the new Jumpline.com website whenever you get a chance to see all of the changes.
Over the coming months we look forward to hearing from you on many topics, including general feedback on our current products and services, as well as any ideas that you may have for future services to add to our existing offerings at Jumpline.com.
