Through the Customer Forum, our customers now have a resource for finding information on how our customers are taking advantage of the products and services offered by Jumpline.com. In January 2007, we opened up the forum for all of our customers, and since that time we have seen the traffic to this website grow and we are starting to see more and more of our customers taking advantage of this great support/resource alternative.

In addition to finding out how other customers are using our products and services, the forum is a great place to showcase your websites to get feedback from other like minded Jumpline.com customers. If you need help or suggestions while implementing a new technology into your website, the Customer Forum can be a great place to ask your questions.

With the Customer Forum, as much of a resource as it has potential for, the only way to guarantee that it will become the place to find the information you are searching for is by also actively assisting other customers when they have questions as well. By leading the group and providing answers to questions on experiences that you may have already been through, not only are you assisting others, but this can also be a great way to begin networking and open additional opportunities for both you and your website.
